• Proofs are sent as a courtesy. Please review and approve your proof within two days, after two days your order will be sent to production without approval. This is to keep production times down and not delay orders.

SUBMITTING SIGNATURES & HANDPRINTS

• To submit signatures, please email a high quality scan of the signatures and handprints to ROSEandRoxie [!at] gmail.com or through Etsy messaging after purchase. Please let me know via Etsy if you have submitted the signature(s) via email
• Scanned images work the best
• If you are unable to scan - a photo will work
• If submitting a photo, the least amount of shadows possible will ensure a better quality print
• I recommend signatures to be in sharpie, marker, or dark ink on a blank sheet of white paper for best results
• For handprints I recommend a washable paint - make sure the hands are fully covered.
• Hand prints will not be actual size, they will need to be scaled to fit.
• The cleanest transfers are photos/scans that have high contrast between the background and the signatures/prints. If the artwork is very worn or faded, it may be hard to transfer as shown in photos.
• Don't worry about the color of the signatures and handprints - I will change those

• Platters are not made of real wood, marble, etc. Rather digitally designed to give the appearance of a wood, marble, etc. finish.
• Pictures and proofs are not of actual item, rather a mockup digitally designed to generate the best and closet representation of what your item will look like. Allow for slight variances
